How to check-in?

Registrants are required to come to the registration desk and pick up your name badge there. You will receive a conference bag including the book of program and abstracts, too.

Internet Access

We provide you a free Wi-Fi access within the venue. You will find a SSID and password in the book of program and abstracts.

Presenters and Chairs

Presenters and chairs are requested to arrive at your session room 15 minutes before the session starts.

Speaker Ready Room

We prepare the room on 2nd Floor of the venue.

Opening Hour 9:00-17:00

Cloakroom

Please drop off and pick up your baggage at the registration desk during the above opening hours.

Welcome Reception (Nov 8) and FAST-zero’23 Party (Nov 9)

All participants will be provided the tickets when checking-in whatever you registered in advance. Please feel free to join the events.

Digital Proceedings

You can download “Digital Proceedings” from the online platform “Smart Conference” at the following link. The site is scheduled to open on Nov 8 at 8am in Japan time.

Best Presentation Award

All participants can vote for the best presentation during your attendance. You'll find a ballot in your name badge that you can drop it into the voting box at the registration desk when you leave the symposium.

Technical Visit

Pre-registered participants will be given a ticket at the registration desk. Please check it.

Onsite Registration

In case you come the registration desk without online registration, you are requested to do it onsite. Any cash transactions cannot be done onsite.
