The symposium will be held at the Kanazawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, near Kanazawa Castle Park. The venue can be reached by bus within about 10 minutes from JR-Kanazawa station.
Approx. 10 min from Kanazawa Station (East Exit for Kenroku-en Garden) to the symposium venue. Buses leave for the bus stop named "Minami-cho, Oyama Jinja Shrine", where is the nearest bus stop from the venue at No. 3. 8 to 10 bus stops.

If you need an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST complete your registration with payment to this conference. Then, please contact the secretariat with your registration ID. You will be given an application form for the invitation letter which you should fill in and submit to the secretariat. After you submit the form, you will receive the invitation letter by international mail service in 1-2 weeks. The procedure is subject to change according to the Japanese Government's policy
