- Registration of Authors submitting full papers is due by Sept. 1 8, 2023.
- Early registration of Audience is due by Sept. 30, 2023.
- One registration can cover one paper. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration as an "Author". *In case you are a co-author and not a presenter, please register as "Audience".
- Consumption tax (10%) is included in the fees above.

- Visit to the Advanced Mobility Research Institute and related labs at Kanazawa University
- Experience of traditional crafts "the sheet of Kinpaku (Gold leaf)" in Kanazawa City
(The transportation by a chartered bus and lunch are included.)

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the secretariat (fastzero23@ec-mice.com). The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows onsite or online"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.

Invitation Letters for Visa Application
If you need an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST complete your registration with payment to this conference. Then, please contact the secretariat with your registration ID. You will be given an application form for the invitation letter which you should fill in and submit to the secretariat. After you submit the form, you will receive the invitation letter by international mail service in 1-2 weeks. The procedure is subject to change according to the Japanese Government's policy
